Our Event Schedule has Changed
In response to COVID-19 Pandemic

The University's Administrative Team has shared communications regarding closures and cancellations for on-campus activities.  This includes large crowd events.  In light of this new policy around COVID-19, the following events have been cancelled or rescheduled:

Rescheduling [New dates TBD]:
  • Theatre Morgan presents "Pipeline" - new date: Sept., 2020
  • "Georgia On My Mind:  Celebrating the Music of Ray Charles" - new date will be in October 2020

The following events have been cancelled:
  • Urban Choral Arts Society Concert  (was Sunday, March 15)
  • BCPS Adjudications - (was Tues. March 17 - Thur. March 19)
  • Baltimore Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter, DST (was Saturday, March 21)
  • Baltimore Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter, DST (was Saturday, March 29)
  • April 2-4 - Opera@Morgan presents "The Magic Flute"
  • April 26 - MSU Symphonic Band Concert
  • May 3 - MSU Choir Spring Concert
  • May 9 - MSU Jazz Ensemble Big Band Concert

For events scheduled for June 1st and beyond:
In keeping with recommendations from the CDC, Morgan State University will be cancelling or rescheduling a number of planned large crowd events on our campus.  Please recognize that these decisions have been made with a high level of careful evaluation and consideration of the most current facts available.  Moving forward, the University will continue to leverage guidance provided by state and federal agencies, and health departments, in order to make informed decisions concerning on-campus activities in the days/weeks ahead.
